My optometrist was Meghan. I was confident because she is young, has a few years experience and is interested in continuing her studies. She was very clear about what had happened to my eyes and took the time to explain it in details. With one of my eyes affected by toxoplasmosis , she was one of the rare ones who knew something about it in the Chichester branch. This branch is extremely busy and could do with more staff. The spectacles frames available seem a little dated compared to larger Boots Opticians and the variety is limited. It is disappointing.

The staff were professional and smiled!!! That is so important that you are made to feel like a valued customer! It was good that I knew exactly what frames I wanted and you still had, otherwise the choosing would have been very rushed. I had the last appointment of the day and it took me up to closing time. I suppose I could have come back another day if you did not have the frames I wanted and had to have chosen another option.

All the staff that I had contact with were helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. They went out of their way to introduce themselves and help me with my purchase.
